The Phil Kochan Road Runner Project

Phil dove off the deep end and started the South Florida version of the Muscle Cars Etc saga. Not knowing anything about restoring a car, he & Rick Rossi (the antagonist), opened a shop on May 1 2008. Here is a photo history.

 

This project has been taken out of Rick's care prior to final paint as of November 2010.
